Inca Style Pure Alpaca Hooded Dog Sweater
Ancient Incan symbols and patterns in rich, natural browns, rusts, and tans, and white. More than just a fashion statement, these beautifully knit sweaters are made from pure Alpaca wool, some of the finest, warmest fibers available anywhere in the world. As a garment fiber, Alpaca has some unique and wonderful qualities.
Alpaca Fiber is seven times stronger and three times warmer than merino wool. The fiber actually contains microscopic air pockets that make for extremely lightweight garments with high insulation value. Alpaca is silky against sensitive skin - perfect for lightly-haired or hairless dogs - and heavenly smooth to the touch. It's also hypoallergenic and lanolin free, doesn't absorb or retain moisture and is a great alternative for those allergic to wool. Alpaca is also the only animal species whose hair naturally displays a wide array of colors, ranging from purest black to white and many shades of brown and gray, and also dyes to glorious colors.
WASHING: Can be machine washed on Gentle Cycle with soft detergent or soap. Although we always recommend hand washing for a better life of the sweater. Lie flat, pull sides to shape, and let dry.

SIZING NOTE: Sweaters have a lot of stretch around the girth. The chart above is without any stretching. The chest is a lose ribbed knit that easily expands several inches so your pup won't be uncomfortable.
